The film, which premiered at the 49th Golden Orange Film Festival, won four awards at the same festival: Best Film, Best Director, Best Art Director, and Best Actress. It was also selected as the Best Film of the Year by the Turkish Film Critics Association.

The film was shown at numerous international festivals from Europe to Asia and honored with various awards. Screened in 30 countries, "Zerre" brings to the screen the story of a woman struggling with the ruthless face of urban life through a minimalist narrative.

THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAILS
TV Series

60' - Turkish - 2004 - 13 Episodes

This impressive detective series, adapted from the bestselling novel of the same name by master writer Ahmet Ümit, stood out as one of the important examples of quality detective productions on Turkish television. The production, starring valuable Turkish cinema actors Çetin Tekindor and Nejat İşler in the lead roles, was one of the notable detective series of its time.

Crime stories told across a broad social spectrum from old Istanbulites to new immigrants, from historic waterfront mansions to slum neighborhoods, skillfully blended the eerie with the absurd, the funny with the tragic, while bringing the city itself to the screen almost as a character.

The series, which stood out with its original camera use and impressive atmosphere, contributed to the developing quality detective genre in Turkey at that time. The production, which won the audience's appreciation with its strong acting performances and in-depth storytelling, is still among the remembered and referenced productions today.
